Overview
This Nizwa & Al Hoota Cave Tour offers a perfect mix of culture, history, and natural wonders in one day. Starting with a pick-up from Muscat, we drive through scenic mountain landscapes to Nizwa, the former capital of Oman. Here, you’ll explore the vibrant Nizwa Souq, famous for its handicrafts, silver jewelry, and local produce, followed by a visit to the iconic Nizwa Fort, a centuries-old stronghold offering panoramic views of the city. Next, enjoy a charming Old Village Tour by golf cart, experiencing the traditional architecture and heritage of the area. After an optional lunch break, we head to the spectacular Al Hoota Cave, one of the largest caves in the region, home to fascinating rock formations and an underground lake. The day concludes with a comfortable drive back to Muscat, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Oman’s cultural and natural beauty.
