All the tours , packages , activities and services and their inclusions and itinerary and timing may be modifiedand cancelled based on various factors such as weather conditions or any conditions at the discretion of mytour
Special notes on the website are considered part of the terms and conditions
Prices may vary during EID , Christmas , new year and public holidays
For all tours, mytour will do its best to protect the guests from any injury or accident, yet mytour disclaims its full responsibility incase of any injury, accident, fall of the guest. Its purely on the guest’s responsibility to book for such tours.
By booking on mytouroman.com or via whatsapp you agree to the Mytour liability waiver statement which states that :- mytour or its representative is waived from providing the guest any kind of compensation/reimbursement in case anything unexpected happen (death/injury/failure to perform/illness/food poison, hygiene or quality).

Payment Policy

Payments for every tour is advanced.
mytour will share a payment link for you to pay using your bank card or american express card.
For the bookings that is made 1 week or more before the tour or service or activity or package date, mytour will only charge only 50% of the price.
For the booking booking that is made in a period less than 1 week from the tour or service or activity or package date then mytour will charge 100% of the price.

For you to avail the special offer for American express card holder you need to make the payment using your American express card via a payment link that will be shared to you by mytour
For sea tours 100% refund will be made to the card incase the tour is cancelled before 30 hours.
For land tours 100% refund will be made to the card incase the tour is cancelled before 4 days from the tour date.
For packages with hotels 100% refund will be made incase cancellation is requested 3 weeks before the check in date.
100% refund will be made incase the cancellation is made by mytour due to weather or any unforeseen conditions.
