Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 8 October 2026
MyTourOman, operated by Eternal Happiness L.L.C., is committed to making mytouroman.com easier to use for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to improve access to our tour information, packages, enquiries and online booking services.
Our accessibility target
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These international guidelines explain how to make websites more usable for people with visual, hearing, mobility and cognitive disabilities.
Accessibility improvements are in progress. Full WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance has not been established. This statement describes our current approach and known limitations; it is not a certification of compliance.

Known limitations
A preliminary review identified areas that need further improvement:
- Some light grey text and orange buttons do not provide enough contrast for comfortable reading.
- Image descriptions, page heading hierarchy and control names across all pages still need a complete review.
- The full checkout and payment process, form error handling and compatibility with screen readers still need end-to-end testing.
Embedded maps, reviews, translated content and downloadable documents also need further accessibility checks. Please contact us if any of these prevents you from finding information or booking a tour.
What we are doing
We have added a skip-to-content link, main-content landmarks, clearer names for shared logo and social links, and visible keyboard focus indicators. Shared dropdown menus and tour card rows support keyboard navigation. Tour booking controls now include date labels, keyboard access to calendars and passenger selectors, accessible departure-time choices, named optional services and price-change announcements. These shared improvements have been checked on representative desktop and mobile pages; they do not establish full conformance. Our next priorities are contrast improvements, a complete content review and testing the full booking journey with assistive technology.
Assessment and technical information
This statement is based on a preliminary internal review of the homepage, Contact page and Dimaniyat Snorkeling Private tour page on 8 October 2026. The review examined page structure, link names, visible text colours and selected form controls. It was not a complete WCAG audit or an independent certification. The full booking and payment journey and assistive-technology compatibility have not yet been fully assessed.
