- All bookings must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Passport details of guests must be shared in advance for border coordination.
- Guests must ensure valid Oman visas as applicable.
- Waiting time at the border depends on immigration clearance and is beyond our operational control.
- Our drivers will coordinate directly with the guest for smooth pick-up.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
- Payment is preferably required in advance to confirm the booking.
- Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Bank transfer details will be shared upon confirmation.
- VAT 5% will be applicable as per Oman regulations.
Cancellation Policy:
- In case of cancellation after confirmation, there will be no refund.
- This is due to vehicle blocking, driver allocation, and operational commitments.
